Cancellations, alterations and refunds
No refund is available for cancelled or unused services after travel has commenced.
The following cancellation charges apply if you cancel before departure.
Car Hire
If you cancel your car hire 14 days or more before the collection date of the vehicle Shamrock Travel /hertz Irelandy will refund your booking in full but subject to a cancellation fee of $100.
If you cancel your car hire 2 -14 days before the collection date of the vehicle Shamrock Travel Hertz Ireland ireland will refund your booking less the deposit of $150.
Car Hire cancellations made 24 hours or less before the collection date of the vehicle will forfeit the full rental. “No Shows” for the collection of a vehicle will forfeit the full rental.
