If you have a genuine complaint on one or more of the key elements of your tour, we will refund you the commissions we earn on the sale of that tour.

We define key elements as one of the following categories of service attached to your tour:

1. Accommodation standard

2. Standard of driver/tour guide or  

3. Standard of meals supplied

On receipt of your written complaint on any ONE of the above, we will contact the coach tour company in question.

If the coach company confirms that they have had at least 2 other complaints, about the same key tour element, we will refund you our commissions without question.
